These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 881x ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 881x online gaming platform, including all games, betting products, promotional offers, and related services available at https://881x.club and any associated applications.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 881x Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

881x reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at https://881x.club/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To open an Account and use the 881x Platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 881x strictly prohibits the registration and use of the Platform by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must register using a valid, active Bangladesh mobile number that belongs to you personally. You must not use another person's mobile number to create or access an Account.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or during any transaction or gaming session.
• You must not already hold an existing 881x Account. Only one Account per person is permitted. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must update that information promptly if it changes.

881x reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the 881x Platform. Accounts are personal to the registered Player and may not be transferred, shared, or sold to any third party. The following obligations apply to all Account holders:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must notify 881x immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach. 881x support is available 24/7.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether by you or by any person who accesses it with or without your permission.
• 881x will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Do not respond to any such request and contact 881x support immediately.

881x applies SSL encryption to all Account data transmissions and requires mobile-number-bound authentication for Account access and high-value withdrawal requests. These measures protect the integrity of your BDT wallet and personal information at all times.

All financial transactions on the 881x Platform are conducted in BDT. 881x supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players. Payment method availability may change from time to time; the current list is displayed in the Account cashier section.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard Accounts. All deposits are processed instantly upon payment confirmation from your mobile wallet provider.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed by the 881x payments team and most are completed within five minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests outside normal hours may take up to 30 minutes but are typically settled on the same calendar day.
• Supported Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 881x does not currently support credit card or international wire transfer deposits.
• Currency: All transactions are in BDT only. 881x does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any attempt to deposit in a currency other than BDT will be declined or returned, and any associated transaction fees are the Player's responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 881x Account holder. 881x will not process withdrawals to third-party wallets or accounts in a different name. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of Player funds.

881x does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their published fee schedules. 881x has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party payment provider fees.

881x offers a range of promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any bonus-specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonuses are credited to the Player's Account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and game contribution rates will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device. 881x uses technical controls to identify and prevent duplicate bonus claims.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the specific bonus terms. Expired bonuses and any associated pending winnings will be removed from the Account without notice.
• 881x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's Account and actively in use will be honoured subject to its applicable terms.
• Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value unless a wagering requirement has been met and the resulting winnings are eligible for withdrawal in accordance with these Terms.

Players identified as having abused the 881x bonus system — including by registering multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus or using automated software to meet wagering requirements — may have their bonuses voided and their Accounts closed without compensation.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 881x Platform. Product-specific rules (for example, sports betting settlement rules, live casino table rules, or crash game mechanics) are published within the relevant game or product section and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Players must verify the details of each bet before confirming. 881x will not refund or void a bet on the grounds of Player error after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session, 881x will use reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the session from server logs and settle any outstanding bets fairly. If a complete reconstruction is not possible, 881x may void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's Account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game interface or betting market. 881x reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is placed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final odds applicable to that bet. 881x will not adjust odds after a bet is confirmed on the grounds of a subsequent market movement.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to the Player's Account in BDT following official settlement of the relevant event. 881x reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation, insider information, or coordinated unusual betting patterns.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 881x Platform. Any breach of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false or borrowed identity, for any purpose including to claim multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any other unauthorised technical means to interact with the Platform, place bets, satisfy wagering requirements, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are not valid and will be void.
• Colluding with other Players or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or any customer support interaction with 881x.

881x employs dedicated fraud detection and risk management systems that continuously monitor Platform activity, analysing betting patterns, payment flows, and Account behaviour to identify potential violations. 881x cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected illegal activity.

881x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may give rise to suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the Prohibited Conduct provisions in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe following a request by 881x.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a security compromise affecting the Account.
• A Player's voluntary request to self-exclude or close their own Account under the responsible gaming provisions of these Terms.

Where an Account is closed by 881x due to a verified breach of these Terms, the Account balance, bonuses, and pending withdrawals may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed at the Player's request or for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified available balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

881x is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Players with the tools to manage their gaming activity safely. The following tools are available to all Players directly from their Account settings:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly): once set, a limit reduction takes immediate effect; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it activates.
• Time-out periods (24 hours to 30 days): during a time-out the Account remains open but all betting and gaming functions are disabled. Deposits are also blocked during a time-out.
• Self-exclusion (minimum 6 months): self-exclusion closes the Account for the selected period. 881x will not reopen a self-excluded Account before the exclusion period expires, regardless of any request.
• Reality checks and session time reminders: optional notifications that alert you to the amount of time spent in an active gaming session, helping you make informed decisions about continuing or stopping play.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 881x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, even if 881x has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall 881x's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount of net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits 881x's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by 881x's own negligence.

All content on the 881x Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, graphics, images, logos, text, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of 881x or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 881x.

The 881x name, logo, and related brand identifiers are trademarks of 881x. You may not use any 881x trademark, trade name, or branding in any manner likely to cause confusion, disparage 881x, or imply an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist, without prior written permission.

881x collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players during registration and throughout their use of the Platform. Full details of how 881x handles personal data — including the types of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, the legal bases for processing, data retention periods, and Player rights — are set out in the 881x Privacy Policy, available at https://881x.club/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

881x reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material amendments are made, 881x will notify registered Players by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the Player's registered mobile number. The amended Terms will take effect immediately upon publication at https://881x.club/terms-conditions unless a specific future effective date is stated.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and, if you wish to close your Account, contact 881x support. Closing an Account in response to an amendment does not affect your right to withdraw any verified available balance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 881x encourages Players to contact the support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the Player and 881x agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedies. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
